Keen to further empower our team by onboarding more talent, we're looking to hire an experienced Industrialisation Automation Engineer to join our Industrialization Team. The right incumbent will be responsible for the delivery of new machines, implementation of new products and setting up new processes related to production. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece. Key activities and responsibilities of this role includes : Undertake projects related to existing automated production lines Develop and integrate automated systems and machinery in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, precision, and safety. Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for automation, enhancing productivity, and reducing manual labor and operational costs. Conduct rigorous testing of automated systems to ensure they function as intended, meet quality standards, and comply with safety regulations. Apply Lean Manufacturing production methods Set up automated lines to facilitate new products Provide training and technical support to staff on the operation and maintenance of automation systems, ensuring smooth integration and ongoing effective use.
