Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA day in the life

You start the morning reviewing overnight alarms and work orders across multiple plants, then sync with the Site Manager, Division Manufacturing Manager, and Operations Managers to flag any issues that could slow production. By mid-morning, you’re on the floor validating a repair, checking a PLC logic change you made the night before, and backing up the latest program. After lunch, you coach a local Mechanical Tech through a hydraulic issue, verify critical spares are in stock, and place an order for parts whose warranties are about to expire. Late afternoon is for vendor coordination on an equipment installation and a walk-through of facilities maintenance tasks.
