Job Title: Industrial Piping Estimator
Location: On-site in St. Louis, MO
Pay: $90K-$120K 
Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a piping estimator, ideally heavy piping

Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Piping Estimator to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering accurate, competitive estimates for complex piping systems across industrial sectors.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare detailed cost estimates for piping systems
• Perform quantity take-offs and labor calculations using industry-standard tools
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to refine scope and pricing
• Solicit and evaluate vendor quotes for materials and equipment
• Assist in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and proposal development
• Maintain historical cost data and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in piping or mechanical estimating, preferably in industrial settings
• Strong understanding of ASME codes, piping materials, and fabrication methods
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., FastPIPE, Bluebeam, Excel)
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, and technical specs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
