Condustrial, Inc. is now hiring skilled Millwrights with welding experience for an upcoming project in Covington, GA.

We’re seeking skilled Millwrights with proven expertise in structural welding and glass plant installation to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on role for professionals who thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and take pride in precision work. Spanish-speaking candidates welcome!

Start: November 13 (end Nov. 26)
Pay: $28-$30 (DOE + per diem)

Will be working for 2 weeks, 6 days at 10 hour shifts Monday-Saturday, with Sunday work if needed. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for helping disassemble, demolish, and install refractory linings in forehearths and related glass furnace structures. 
• Perform structural welding tasks including fabrication, assembly, and on-site modifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Align and level machinery using precision tools
• Collaborate with masons and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installations
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times
• Perform mechanical installation, teardown, and alignment work
• Weld (MIG, TIG, Stick) structural components, frames, and supports
• Support refractory and mechanical rebuild teams as needed
• Read and follow technical drawings and schematics
• Maintain safety and quality standards at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a millwright in industrial settings
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
• Experience with glass plant equipment (e.g., furnaces, conveyors, annealing lehrs)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed
• OSHA certification and welding tickets
• Millwright experience with proven welding ability
• Must provide your own PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, vest, steel-toe boots)
