- Rectify issues across facility systems, using your 5+ years of expertise.
- Manage automated packaging machinery, understanding its intricate operations and necessary repairs.
- Master the theories of pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics to troubleshoot effectively.
- Decipher electrical schematics and work safely with a range of voltages.
- Detect and address motor, control, and circuit issues using your sharp diagnostic skills.
- Utilize your welding and soldering talents to maintain essential equipment.
- Apply your knowledge of manufacturing support systems to solve everyday challenges.
- Engage in plumbing and carpentry when needed, ensuring the plant operates smoothly.
What You Need to Succeed
A high school diploma or GED equivalent, paired with a solid foundation of 5 years in related maintenance work, is required. For those eager to learn, we provide training. Plus, in Massachusetts, you’ll aim for a Special to Operate Engineering License within six months.
