Industrial Maintenance Technician II

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Toledo team. In this role, you’ll keep our equipment and facility running smoothly by performing mechanical repairs, minor electrical work, troubleshooting issues, and supporting safety and improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Walk the process daily, engaging with operators to ensure equipment and safety devices are functioning properly.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and minor electrical issues with a focus on root cause.
- Lead weekly maintenance meetings to review progress and plan upcoming work.
- Utilize Limble software to manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance records.
- Support EH&S programs, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with vendors for parts, services, and compliance needs.
- Maintain accurate blueprints, drawings, and repair documentation.
- Provide technical expertise to other plant teams as needed.
Requirements:
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in an equipment maintenance role ().
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety programs and EH&S principles.
- Mechanical aptitude and proven troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with computer systems and maintenance software.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and pursue additional training in mechanical, electrical, and project management fields.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Comfortable working at heights (up to 50 ft.), in confined spaces, and in all weather conditions.
- Must be medically qualified to wear a respirator.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. (frequently up to 50 lbs.).
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, sit, reach, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under stress while maintaining a positive attitude.
