Full-Time · Monday–Friday · Day Shift

A leading industrial services company is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a clean, safety-focused facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and hands-on experience with automated or heavy industrial equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform mechanical and basic electrical maintenance on production and industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, and reliability checks
• Repair, replace, and calibrate mechanical components (motors, pumps, bearings, valves, conveyors, etc.)
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and communicate equipment status with leadership
• Follow all safety, lockout/tagout, and environmental procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of machine maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments
• Strong mechanical repair and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Experience working with pumps, tanks, conveyors, mixers, or process equipment is a plus
• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently
