About the Role

• Perform reactive and preventive maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Document issues and resolutions; order and install replacement parts
• Diagnose causes of unexpected breakdowns and maintain detailed maintenance reports
• Manage shop areas: clean, organize, inventory, and stock parts/tools
• Coordinate with managers to schedule maintenance using internal systems
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams on modifications, test runs, and improvements
• Document work performed and suggest enhancements to minimize future failures

Required Skills & Experience

• Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong organizational and communication skills
• Mechanically inclined with basic electrical knowledge
• Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Vocational certificate, associate's degree, or equivalent maintenance experience
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, push/pull equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required; safety shoes mandatory
