Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and mechanical skills, experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley ), and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and facility infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Install, calibrate, and maintain control systems including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and related automation equipment.

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Support production by responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and ensuring proper root cause analysis is completed.

Assist in machine upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts usage in the CMMS system.

Adhere to all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA standards.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to improve machine reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or related field (Associates ).

3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley PLC troubleshooting and programming a plus.

Ability to use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and calibration equipment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and on-call rotations as needed.
