Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and will be instrumental in minimizing downtime and ensuring the safe, efficient operation of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.

Diagnose equipment malfunctions using schematics, technical manuals, and testing tools.

Assist in the installation, testing, and startup of new machinery or equipment upgrades.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in CMMS or manual logs.

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to support continuous improvement.

Follow and enforce all safety procedures, lockout/tagout (LOTO), and company policies.

Order parts and supplies as needed; assist with inventory management.

Support facility projects and participate in shutdown maintenance efforts.
Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree or certifications .

Minimum of 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and basic machine tools.

Familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, and automated systems is a plus.

Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.

OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications.

Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Welding and fabrication skills a plus.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
