Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems, including die casting machines, punch presses, robotics, and secondary equipment. Your work will play a key role in supporting plant efficiency and safety.
Key Responsibilities

Perform emergency machine repairs and full rebuilds across plant operations.

Diagnose issues using electrical and pneumatic schematics; take corrective action.

Operate and troubleshoot PLCs using interface tools.

Troubleshoot CNCs, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

Support and maintain automation equipment and robotic systems

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Complete other duties and projects as assigned
Working Environment
-
Heavy manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, heat, cold, dirt, grease, smoke, dust, and molten metal

Physical tasks may involve working at heights, bending, twisting, and other strenuous activities.
Physical Requirements

Regular standing and walking throughout the shift
-
Occasional lifting of up to 70 lbs

Ability to move safely and efficiently through the facility in varied conditions
Qualifications
-
: Technical diploma in a related field and at least 1 year of maintenance experience
-
Alternative: High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
-
Ability to work independently or lead small teams
-
Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles
-
Experience using ERP-based work order systems
-
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and commitment to quality
