Required: Electrical License / Electrical ExperiencePosition SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production machinery, mechanical equipment, and electrical systems in an industrial environment. This role requires advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP) and preventive maintenance practices.Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, control instruments, and physical structures for defects or malfunctions.
- Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments, and repair or replace defective components.
- Execute preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment and machinery.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with SOPs and company guidelines.
- Apply advanced knowledge of pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Work independently, making decisions on equipment fabrication, repairs, and quality situations.
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical license or equivalent electrical experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years related experience with technical training in maintenance or a specialized field.
- Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required; FDA-regulated environment experience (4 years).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and SOPs.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong communication skills, able to speak effectively to groups of employees or customers.
- Ability to perform basic algebra, geometry, and calculations for area, circumference, volume, percentages, and proportions.
Qualifications
- Electrical certifications or licenses strongly .
