Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Bushnell

Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per week (Must be OPENLY AVALIBLE)

Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility and equipment upkeep for a large nursery operation. This role involves leading a maintenance team, coordinating repairs, managing vendors and suppliers, and ensuring all work meets company safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, assign, and assist maintenance staff in daily repair and upkeep tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, irrigation, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and accurate service records.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Ensure all safety regulations and company policies are followed.
• Maintain and repair water wells, irrigation systems, and greenhouse structures.
• Promote teamwork and a positive, safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance and supervisory experience (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, clean background, and drug-free.
• Intermediate computer skills and strong communication abilities.
• Physically able to work outdoors, lift up to 40 lbs, and climb ladders.
• First Aid/CPR certified (or willing to obtain).
• Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Indoor, outdoor, greenhouse, and warehouse settings.
• Exposure to varying weather and environmental conditions.
