Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician to perform high voltage electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining Variable Frequency Drives, PLCs, motor controls, power supply, and digital/analog circuits.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Maintain and repair Variable Frequency Drives and PLCs.
- Work with motor controls, power supply, and digital/analog circuits.
- Inspect electrical equipment and check motor bearings, lubrication, commutation, and excessive vibration.
- Observe and identify signs of wear or need for adjustment on machinery.

Work Environment
Work in a foundry environment that is very industrial. The main openings are on 2nd and 3rd shifts, with consistent shifts post-training. Training involves rotating shifts to learn from different departments. Shift times are 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7. Overtime is voluntary and prioritized by seniority.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $73112.00 - $76044.80/yr.
There is a great competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including life, medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, coverage, 401k that matches up to 4%, with company contributions as well as many other options to employees.
