Location: Harrisburg, NC
Pay: $19.00 per hourSchedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM | 2-2-3 rotation (two days on, two days off, three days on)

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced 1st Shift Plater with at least 4 years of machine operating experience to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have some construction experience and be comfortable working in outdoor environments. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety are essential.
Responsibilities:

• Operate plating machinery efficiently and accurately
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure product meets specifications
• Perform routine machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies
• Complete production reports as required

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of machine operating experience
• Some construction experience required
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments
• Ability to work assigned shifts consistently
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
