What you’ll do

• Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective repairs on industrial machinery.
• Diagnose issues spanning mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components to limit downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections and PMs to keep assets running at peak efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to refine processes and increase equipment reliability.
• Log all work performed, parts used, and findings with precision.
• Assist with installing and commissioning new equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain an orderly, clean work environment.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification .
• Experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar discipline.
• Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Comfortable interpreting technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and team-first mindset.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays, when needed.
