Are you ready to take on the challenge as an Industrial Equipment Reliability Technician? Work with Eaton's EPG CHD EP Americas division, where supporting innovations and discoveries are at the heart of what we do. Our third shift offers a unique opportunity: Monday through Friday, 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. We pay $27.96 per hour with an extra $.60 for the night differential, plus scheduled increases at 45 and 90 days.
Your Mission:
Energize the backbone of our operations through maintaining and troubleshooting essential systems and keep the facility running at peak performance.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment and systems.
- Monitoring and enhancing equipment efficiency through regular inspections.
- Providing maintenance on an array of equipment including motors and conveyor systems.
- Applying electrical expertise to resolve circuit and power unit issues.
- Following strict safety codes and raising any concerns to superiors.
- Actively engaging in safety-focused activities and initiatives.
- Documenting maintenance reports and spare part usage accurately.
- Ensuring operational tools and space are streamlined and secure.
- Communicating with operations teams to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
- Driving team knowledge-sharing and cross-training efforts.
Qualifications Snapshot:
Necessary Qualifications:
- Three years of experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing settings.
- Ability to work with laptops and tablets effectively.
- Comprehension of OSHA and NFPA guidelines.
- Experience working with electrical systems and PLCs.
- Competence in reading technical diagrams.
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of (enter location) will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
Desired Competencies:
- Qualification in electromechanics is advantageous.
- CNC machining proficiency is a bonus.

- Comfort working in varying environments and heights with appropriate safety measures.
- Advanced mechanical system troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in English for reading and communication purposes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
