This is how you will grow:

  • Process analysis and optimization: Analyze existing systems and processes to find inefficiencies and develop solutions for improvement.
  • System design: Design and integrate new systems, including workflows, facilities, and management information systems.
  • Data analysis: Use mathematical modeling, simulation, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, such as operations, quality control, and supply chain, to implement changes.
  • Quality and cost control: Implement quality control standards and strategies to reduce waste and costs while ensuring product quality.
  • Logistics and workflow: Improve the flow of materials, information, and people within the facility

Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

  • 4-year engineering degree required
  • Must be MOST certified and have documented experience using MOST to determine labor requirements.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills needed
