  • Develop, maintain, and evolve operational and manufacturing performance metrics aligned with business, quality, and production objectives.
  • Use statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, variability, constraints, and root causes impacting performance.
  • Enable fact-based decision-making by translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Support and sustain continuous improvement initiatives through structured analysis, engineering judgment, and effective communication.

Responsibilities – Industrial Engineering & Manufacturing Systems

  • Analyze production systems to identify opportunities for improvement in cycle time, throughput, labor efficiency, cost, and material flow.
  • Define, monitor, and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to productivity, quality, delivery, and resource utilization.
  • Evaluate sources of process variation and performance degradation using statistical and system-level analysis.
  • Support capacity analysis, production planning, and workload balancing through data-driven assessments.

Responsibilities – Analytics & Data Infrastructure

  • Develop and maintain decision-support tools, dashboards, and analytical models (Power BI or equivalent) to enable operational visibility.
  • Extract, integrate, clean, and validate data from ERP and manufacturing systems, ensuring integrity, traceability, and consistency.
  • Design repeatable analytical workflows to improve scalability and sustainability of manufacturing analytics.

Responsibilities – Operational & Cross Functional Engagement

  • Partner with operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, and leadership stakeholders to frame problems, interpret results, and recommend actions.
  • Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations grounded in manufacturing realities.
  • Communicate insights effectively to audiences ranging from technical contributors to executive leadership.
  • Contribute to structured problem-solving and process-improvement efforts, supporting implementation and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
  • Experience applying industrial engineering, manufacturing analytics, or operations analysis in a production environment.
  • Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and quantitative problem-solving.
  • Experience working with manufacturing data, such as BOMs, routings, production metrics, or ERP-based systems.
  • Proficiency with Excel and SQL for analysis, modeling, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or structured problem-solving.
  • Experience building or maintaining manufacturing dashboards or performance reporting tools.
