\nThe Opportunity\n

Working closely with production, quality and engineering teams, you will:

• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes\n

\n

• Identify and implement efficiency gains and cost-saving initiatives\n

\n

• Support engineering performance and reduce downtime

\n

• Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene and compliance\n

\n

• Contribute to lean manufacturing and operational excellence\n

\n

\n

This is a hands-on role where you can make a visible impact on site performance.

\nShift Options\n

• \nDays: 6am - 6pm

\n

• \nNights: 6pm - 6am

\n

• \nPattern: 4 on, 4 off

\n

• Permanent days or nights available

\n

\n What's on Offer\n

\n
• \nDays: £51,380 rising to £56,500 after probation

\n

• \nNights: From £56,518

\n

• 5% employer pension contribution

\n What We're Looking For\n

\n
• Proven experience in industrial or production engineering within FMCG (food experience essential)\n

\n

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills\n

\n

• Experience working with plant equipment (e.g. refrigeration, compressors, boilers, pumps)

\n

• Familiarity with permit to work systems, CMMS/work orders and engineering stores\n

\n

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams

\n
