Job Summary:
\n
Seeking an Industrial Engineer with 5–7 years of manufacturing experience to improve assembly-line performance through Lean Manufacturing, time studies, line balancing, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process optimization, and continuous improvement.
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n

- Perform shop-floor time studies, elemental analysis, and line balancing.
- Conduct current/future-state VSM, VA/NVA analysis, capacity and bottleneck analysis.
- Identify process and productivity improvement opportunities.
- Develop standard work and video work instructions.
- Perform root-cause analysis and support corrective actions and Kaizen activities.
- Support process optimization and fixture-design activities.

Required Qualifications:
\n

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5–7 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on shop-floor experience.
- Experience with time studies, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing, VSM, and process improvement.
- Experience with root-cause analysis and Kaizen/continuous improvement.
- Automotive, off-highway, heavy equipment, commercial vehicle, or related manufacturing experience .
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as a U.S. or Green Card holder.
