Industrial Electrician - Randstad

Our client is a leading provider of engineering, construction and maintenance services within the transport, communications and technology, oil and gas, power generation, renewables and utilities sectors. Due to a large contract being awarded they are looking for multiple Electricians to support their team for ongoing work based in Newcastle. What’s involved? Installation of power and control circuits Installation of conduits, ducting, harnesses and looms Disconnect and reconnect of motors and other industrial equipment Final testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines. Read and interpret drawings What we’re looking for: Electrical License Experience in the industrial sector Experience in panel and switchboard wiring highly regarded Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Great teamwork Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics Able to pass pre employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and police check What we can offer you Full time, permanent positions $47.52 / Hour and increasing to $49.43 / Hour April 2025 9 day fortnight Plenty of overtime available A collaborative and innovative work environment.
