Industrial Electrician - Multiple Openings!

We are currently seeking multiple Electrician(s) for roles within a manufacturing organization! These are all immediate due to explosive growth from within the organization

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receives wiring diagrams, drawings, specifications and instructions covering the scheduled and emergency repair, installation and inspection work to be done.
  • Analyzes all types of circuits, wiring diagrams, and drawings as required to install, repair, adjust, calibrate, construct, modify or service all types of electric and electronic devices and systems, including communication systems various mill production equipment, electronic computing and control systems, power and distribution control equipment, measuring, recording, processing and control devices, indicating devices and gauges, etc.
  • Plans details of working procedures to determine material or replacement needs and selects a logical approach to "trouble shooting" and repair problems. Answers trouble calls.
  • Makes sketches of parts and layouts designs and constructs adaptions or conversions of component parts.
  • Assembles, inspects, adjusts, repairs, or replaces faulty parts and wiring on all types of electronic devices. Makes mechanical and electrical repairs as required in connection with servicing of electrical and electronic equipment.
  • Inspects, dismantles, services, reassembles, tests, and adjusts equipment for safe and proper operation.
  • Maintains, install or repairs communication cables or wiring. Makes power cable spices, climbs on buildings, cranes, towers and mill equipment to make inspections, repairs and installations.
  • Complete written inspection reports setting forth recommended repairs for submission to maintenance department, human resources, and applicable operating department.

​​Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Journeyman (U.A.W. card required) or have a minimum of eight (8) years of documented experience or have served as an apprenticeship and possess a certificate which substantiates completion.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
