Industrial Electrician | Hart, MI
Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Hart that are seeking Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and schematics.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical components, motors, and control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards, electrical codes (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Calibrate and test electrical instruments, sensors, and control devices.
- Document all maintenance, repair, and installation activities accurately.
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience with industrial control systems (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical equipment and machinery.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Knowledge of Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical safety standards.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on electrical systems.
- Experience with high-voltage systems (480V+) and three-phase power.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting
- Familiarity with robotic systems maintenance or installation
- Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Experience with instrumentation and calibration
- Advanced training or certification in Arc Flash safety (NFPA 70E)
