Overview:


We are currently seeking a skilled Electrician to join our maintenance team. While experience in stretch film manufacturing is preferable, we welcome applicants with strong electrical backgrounds in related industries.




Key Responsibilities:


Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment according to schedule.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in manufacturing machinery and related systems.

Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical equipment and instrumentation.

Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to optimize machinery performance.

Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all maintenance and repair tasks.

Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment adjustments.

Provide technical guidance and support to junior electricians and apprentices.

Available for on-call work to provide consistent support for production, ensuring minimal downtime.

Effectively manage relationships with machine manufacturers and part suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.

Follow instructions and directives from superiors meticulously to maintain operational efficiency and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications:


Understanding of electrical systems, PLCs, motor controls and drive.

Proven experience as an Electrician (3, 2 phase and DC voltage) in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
