Our Wabash, Indiana facility is looking for Industrial Electrical Technicians. Here, you'll experience a demanding and thrilling environment.

With a competitive hourly rate of $38.00, our 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating night schedule suits night owls. We value our technicians, offering fair treatment, generous benefits, and a workplace that respects your expertise.

Retention Bonuses:

• $300 at 90 days
• $1,000 at 9 months.
• Eligible for quarterly perfect attendance bonus.

Core Responsibilities

• Engage in electrical installations and panel wiring.
• Work from heights, using equipment and tools adeptly.
• Read electrical meters and diagnostic equipment.
• Expertly troubleshoot and repair electrical components to minimize downtime.
• Handle 480VAC 3PH circuits, including ABB Robots.
• Execute preventive maintenance on all electrical systems.
• Ensure all equipment safety measures align with government regulations.
• Maintain safety and environmental protocols, adhering to work procedures.
• Comply with our SAFE culture's safety standards and regulations.

Credentials and Expertise

Applicants should hold a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial electrical environments, supplemented by education or equivalent experience.

• Possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Trade school or vocational training is favorable.
• Experience in industrial settings is highly desired.
• Dependable attendance record.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication, with the ability to interpret instructions.
• Knowledgeable in state and federal safety and electrical regulations.
• Proficiency with 3 phase motors and 480VAC controls.
