GENERAL PURPOSE:
Perform electrical tasks and assist in other maintenance related duties, including but not limited to mechanical, facility and vehicle maintenance repairs
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Routine fault finding, testing, replacing, inspecting, improving, installing, maintaining, repairing of all electrical equipment in compliance with all good practice guides
* To carry out general repairs and planned preventative maintenance
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
* Electrical safety - Arc flash protective equipment, lockout/tagout procedures
* Blueprint (schematic) reading
* Building (wiring) control cabinets
* Electrical troubleshooting and repair - PLC (programmable logic controllers), CNC (Computer
Numeric Control), 480V 3-phase wiring
*Hydraulics, Pneumatics
*Aerial Lift
*Forklift
*Welding
*Preventative Maintenance
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory
* Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
* Knowledge of machines and tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage, prioritize, and direct multiple tasks to achieve goals
* Ability to adapt and adjust to changing requirements

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
* Reports directly to the Maintenance Manager
OTHER:
Must have own hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches)
HOURS:
Monday-Friday 6-3:30, Some Saturdays may be required
EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:
Maintenance Electrician experience in a manufacturing environment or Electrical Maintenance Certificate/Degree
