An Automation Technician at D&H Industries utilizes robots or other assist devices to produce parts and uses measurement tools to perform quality checks.
SCHEDULE: This is a 1st Shift position.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 3 p.m., 10-hour shifts. Fridays: 6-8-hour shift. Subject to change based on business need. Any Saturday work is based on business need and is voluntary.
THE WHAT
What will you be doing?
· Use work instructions to produce parts.
· Inspect parts to ensure customer specifications are met.
· Perform basic measurements using quality measurement equipment and documenting results.
· Utilize the robot interface to set up, adjust, and operate the robot system.
· May be assigned to work in other areas of the production floor as needed to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:
- Skills Basic reading, writing and math skills. Ability to read measurements in metric and traditional scale. Problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Education HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience and/or Training At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience .
- Physical Demands Ability to stand for up to 10 hour per shift. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
