Inbound Sales Representative $22.50/hour + Commission | Hybrid Role

Training & Schedule:

• Training: 5 weeks onsite in Tempe
  Monday–Friday | 9AM–6PM MST
• Post-Training: Assigned 8-hour shifts between 7AM–10PM MST (most start at 10AM–7PM)
  Hybrid work model | Monday–Friday
• Note: No time off allowed during training or around Thanksgiving/Black Friday (except Thanksgiving Day and the day after)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handle 40–50 inbound calls daily
• Convert prospects into buyers through consultative selling
• Promote tax prep solutions (in-person or cloud-based)
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Use proven sales methodology to meet and exceed performance metrics
• Prioritize time effectively to maximize customer interaction and personal development

What You’ll Bring:

• 6+ months of sales experience in a quota-driven role
• Strong closing skills and creative sales strategies
• SAAS or tax/accounting software experience ()
• Tech-savvy with 35+ WPM typing speed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent time management and a growth mindset
