Title: Project Manager, Enterprise Systems Integration

Location: Fully remote

Duration: 8-month contract with potential to convert based on performance and business needs

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead work that connects multiple HR systems into a unified talent technology environment. You will coordinate technical teams and business stakeholders, manage project plans and dependencies, and keep integration work moving toward delivery.

\n

The ideal candidate has managed complex application integrations and can get up to speed quickly in a new technology environment. Experience with HR technology is helpful, but strong systems integration experience is the priority.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities across enterprise systems integration initiatives.

\n

• Build and maintain plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.

\n

• Coordinate work across technical teams, business partners, and other stakeholders.

\n

• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; communicate their impact and drive resolution.

\n

• Track progress and provide clear project status updates.

\n

• Translate technical updates into practical information for business stakeholders.

\n

• Work independently with limited day-to-day direction.

\n

Required qualifications

• Project management experience with systems or application integrations.

\n

• Experience delivering complex, enterprise-level technology projects.

\n

• Strong command of project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.

\n

• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

\n

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

\n
