Project Manager
Summary:
The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for orchestrating all tactical components of a multi‑wave migration program and will ensure disciplined execution, operational control, and real‑time coordination across technology, operations, compliance, and client‑facing teams. Serving as the command center lead during critical migration windows, the PM ensures that all cutovers meet quality, readiness, and stability objectives.
Focus: Tactical Execution & Command Center Operations
Core Responsibilities:
- Directly manage the design of migration cohorts and wave-based scheduling.
- Lead the Migration Command Center during active cutover weekends.
- Manage the formal Go/No-Go process and coordinate rollback/fallback protocols.
- Ensure all required IT systems progress through the 18-month roadmap on schedule.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependency maps to ensure cross‑workstream alignment.
- Facilitate daily standups, status meetings, and risk/issue reviews to maintain transparency and program momentum.
- Track project KPIs, budget utilization, and resource allocation to ensure adherence to program constraints and delivery expectations.
- Prepare and deliver executive‑ready status reports, dashboards, and risk assessments for senior leadership and governance bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying delivery bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing PM best practices across teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ Years within IT Project Management with a focus on phased software/data migrations.
- Ability to coordinate across diverse workstreams (IT, Ops, Compliance, and RMs).
- PMP Certification
