Position Title: IM/KM and Digital Interoperability Analyst
Clearance: Secret
Work Location: Hybrid (Quantico, VA and Offsite)

Role Summary:
Act as the lead for all Information Management/Knowledge Management (IM/KM) activities within AVRB. Oversee the integration and standardization of data repositories, tools, and digital processes supporting both manned and unmanned portfolios.

Key Duties:

• Develop, manage, and maintain AVRB SharePoint repositories and knowledge workflows.
• Implement structured metadata tagging and file-naming conventions for traceability.
• Draft and deliver monthly IM/KM Summary Reports to AVRB leadership.
• Ensure digital interoperability efforts align with AVRB priorities and system integration requirements.
• Support collaboration tools and provide knowledge-centric input into capability planning.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and structured KM solutions.
• Experience managing secure classified/unclassified repositories and access controls.
• Understanding of requirements traceability and programmatic documentation standards.
