Job Title: I&C Supervisor
Client: Multi-national corporation which provides consulting, engineering, and architecture services Internationally
Location: Boden, Sweden
Residential/ Rotation: 4 week on office/site, 1 week working remotely, on rotation. Working 5 days per week
Package: Daily Rate + Accommodation + transportation
Assignment Type: Annually Renewable Contract

JOB BRIEF
- Coordinate / manage I&C installation activities on site
- Work with subcontractors to finish the job safely, on budget and with the required quality.
- Provide the technical and supervisory support for the I&C subcontractor construction team
- Ensure the required materials and equipment are available to the contractor
- Monitor contractor performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate between the installation contractors / design teams to resolve field issues
- Perform site inspections of installed electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure quality requirements are being met.
- Participate in daily coordination and toolbox meetings
- Ensure that all construction activities across all disciplines are properly coordinated to minimise delays
- Work with contractors and vendors to ensure that schedule milestones are achieved
- Report to Management on progress, potential schedule delays or cost increases
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5+ Years of I&C / E&I Construction Experience
At least 5 years’ proven experience overseeing Instrumentation & Control (I&C) or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) installation activities on industrial, energy, or large‑scale construction projects, including the ability to interpret technical drawings, perform quality inspections, resolve site issues, and ensure full compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Strong Contractor & Site Coordination Skills
Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, coordinate between construction and design teams, resolve field issues, and ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective execution of all construction activities across multiple disciplines.
- Project Monitoring, Reporting & Resource Management
Ability to track progress, identify risks or delays, ensure material and equipment readiness, drive schedule adherence, and provide clear reporting to management on performance, issues, and cost or schedule impacts.
