Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Pump, Valve, and Motor Component Repair Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of component repair and be adept at diagnosing and identifying cause of failure and repair action for various types of hydraulic pump, valve, and motor component repair. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of repair of customer components, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Duties

• Perform in-shop routine disassembly, inspection, identification of parts needed for replacement, cleaning of components, reassembly, and bench testing after repair of hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of disassembly, inspection, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure repair and quality assurance protocols are followed.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.

Experience

• Proven experience as a component repair Mechanic is required.
• Familiarity with hydraulic component repair is required.
• Experience in Rexroth, Linde, Denison, Danfoss etc. components is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and management.
