Hybrid Security Technician / Project Assistant – Sun City Alarm (El Paso Area)

We’re a growing security company looking for the right person to fill a hybrid role that combines field work and office support. This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a company and gain experience in both hands-on installations and the business side of contracting.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with installation and service of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control)
• Work alongside owner on job sites (local and occasional travel for government contracts)
• Help search job boards, review opportunities, and assist in building bids
• Support basic office/admin tasks related to projects

Pay Structure:

• $12/hour for office/admin work
• $25–$40/hour for field work (depending on job and experience)

Requirements:

• Experience with security systems (required)
• Willingness to learn government contracting and bidding
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and flexibility
