Health Law Transactional Associate Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity in health care.- Offer strategic guidance on corporate governance, capital formation, and operational matters.- Assist in meticulous case preparation for hearings, trials, and appeals.- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.- Prior judicial clerkship or relevant government service experience a plus.- Outstanding academic credentials from an accredited top 100 law school is required.
