Cloud / Platform Engineer UK*C / eDV Cleared \n~ Were supporting one of the UKs leading Security and Defence delivery partners through a significant period of growth as theyve successfully delivered every project theyve committed to, built exceptional customer trust, and are now expanding rapidly to meet rising demand across new and existing programmes. \n\n Theyre now looking to onboard a new wave of Cloud, Platform, and DevOps Engineers ahead of large-scale projects due to start in early 2026. \n\n This is a chance to join a high-performing engineering function thats delivering genuinely impactful work from R&D and low-TRL experimentation through to deploying live operational systems across mission-critical environments.
\n\n Youll be joining a trusted delivery team thats making serious waves in the community, known for doing things properly, on time, and with real technical depth. \n\n As a Cloud Engineer, youll be working within secure project teams to design, build, and operate modern cloud environments, ensuring platforms are robust, secure, and scalable. \n\n Youll play a key role in delivering cloud transformation and platform automation projects for public sector and defence customers using cutting-edge tech across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, and beyond.
\n\n Building and managing secure cloud environments (AWS / Azure)\n Troubleshooting and optimising systems for performance and security \n Engaging in R&D and low-TRL experimentation projects as part of early design teams \n\n Strong background in Cloud, Platform, or DevOps engineering \n Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD \n Salary Range : 50,000 90,000 (depending on level and experience)\n Hybrid working with flexibility to work from London or Manchester offices \n Access to some of the UKs most advanced secure projects \n Work alongside experts in Cloud, DevOps, and emerging tech within an organisation that values delivery, trust, and innovation
