Hybrid MEP Engineer - PE/EIT

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing mechanical systems for various projects. You will work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects that adhere to industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate mechanical designs.
  • Utilize CAD software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks, to create detailed engineering drawings.
  • Perform structural analysis to ensure the integrity and safety of mechanical systems.
  • Design and analyze HVAC systems for residential and commercial applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into overall project plans.
  • Ensure compliance with ASME standards and relevant regulations throughout the design process.
  • Manage mechanical systems related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects.
  • Use Revit for 3D modeling and coordination of mechanical systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance during the construction phase of projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in finite element analysis and structural analysis.
  • Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and design principles.
  • Familiarity with ASME standards and mechanical system design
  • Experience with MEP projects and Revit software.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) OR (EIT) license is .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
