Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Attorney with 2-3+ years of unlawful detainer experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of landlord-tenant disputes, eviction proceedings, and real estate litigation. This role requires a proactive attorney who can manage a high-volume caseload while providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle unlawful detainer cases from inception to resolution

Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests

Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and mediations

Advise property owners, landlords, and property managers on eviction matters

Manage negotiations and settlements effectively

Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

2-3+ years of experience in unlawful detainer, landlord-tenant disputes, and real estate litigation

Strong knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws and eviction procedures

Excellent litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills

Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Active membership in the California State Bar
