Your Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you'll:
- Dive into various clerical duties, from handling data and processing documents to order management and files
- Be the go-to person for entering and updating customer information, ensuring every detail is spot-on
- 90% Email customer service, THIS IS NOT A CALL CENTER!!
- Process orders like a pro, keep tabs on them, and be the hero in resolving customer queries and disputes
- Act as the crucial link between customers and our manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and shipping teams, ensuring smooth sailing all around
- Embrace the role of a problem-solver, applying your math skills and computer savvy to tackle challenges head-on
Who We're Looking For:
- A multitasking ninja who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt with a smile
- Someone with a knack for communication, both written and verbal, who can simplify the complex
- A keen problem-solver who's comfortable with numbers and has a solid grasp of basic computer operations and office equipment
- You've got a high school diploma or GED in your pocket, plus 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Specific to this role will be the use of EDI for order management, you should be familiar with it in a previous role
