Job Opportunity: Branch Manager

Wholesale HVAC Equipment Distribution

Solar Supply LLC, one of the Gulf Coast’s leading wholesale distributors of residential and commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies, is seeking an experienced, hands-on **Branch Manager** to lead and grow our Mississippi/Alabama Gulf Coast operation (Biloxi/Pascagoula/Mobile area).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily branch operations: counter sales, warehouse, inventory control, receiving, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Schedule and manage local deliveries (company truck & driver)
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and minimize shortages/overstock
- Drive counter and phone sales while providing technical support to contractors and customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local HVAC contractors
- Manage branch P&L, control expenses, hit monthly sales and profitability goals
- Coordinate stock replenishment and special orders with purchasing team
- Ensure facility, truck, and equipment are safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

Requirements
- 5+ years management experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical wholesale distribution (required)
- Strong working knowledge of residential & light commercial HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies (required)
- Proven counter sales and contractor relationship experience
- Excellent attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse/counter environment (lifting up to 75 lbs when needed)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Experience with HVAC-specific ERP software (e.g., DMSi, Eclipse, sx.enterprise) is a plus
- EPA certification a plus
- Bachelor’s degree but not required with strong industry background

Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience and results)
