Position Summary:

As an HVAC Technician with CareerLINK Staffing, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual who excels in providing high-quality service and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform system calibrations, adjustments, and repairs to ensure efficient operation.
• Replace or repair defective components and systems, such as compressors, thermostats, and ducts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals to ensure accurate installation and repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance procedures to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment warranties.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship is .
• Valid HVAC certification and/or license.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and working in various conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.50 - $27.30/hour.
