You will service and/or repair heating and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings. Our Techs perform a variety of standard to moderately complex technical tasks to maintaining heating, cooling, ventilation and related systems. Customer products include heat pumps, ventilation systems, gas furnaces, oil furnaces, water boilers, burners and zone systems. Top notch customer service is priority!

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance or repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling and ventilation systems
• Investigate problems and perform simple repairs as directed
• Maintain a high quality of service at all times
• Think outside the box on ways to enhance service and customer experience
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within Company guidelines
• Follow truck maintenance schedule and keep an organized and clean truck/work space
• Must be able to read and understand wiring diagrams

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential ad commercial HVAC service field service work is required.
• CFC Certification required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous HVAC field technical experience and/or HVAC trade school certificate
• Possess and maintain a valid NC driver's license
• Must be highly organized
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work well on a team and independently
• Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Local candidates preferred

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
