Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Avon, NY area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $32-35/hour based on experience plus $125/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. If you are an HVAC Journeyman eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Conduct maintenance and repairs of facility systems including compressed air, rooftop HVAC, low- and high-pressure steam, ammonia refrigeration, fire systems, plant heating and air conditioning systems, and other mechanical systems
• Operate ammonia refrigeration and steam systems, monitor heating and cooling systems via SCADA
• Read, interpret & apply sketches, prints and operating instructions
• Complete building rounds
• Work in extreme temperatures, freezer environments and boiler room
• Fabricate parts for repairs
• Perform diagnostic analysis on electrical circuits

Responsibilities

• Experience with refrigeration, steam , compressed air, and HVAC systems
