GET TO KNOW THE POSITION

This full-time heating and cooling position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call rotations. As an HVAC Technician - Service Tech, you will dispatch directly from your home to the job sites.

To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license
• Your own HVAC tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Experience mentoring or a desire to help develop our junior technicians

As an HVAC Technician - Service Tech, your day begins with a dispatch from your home to the first service site. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while ensuring customers receive efficient and professional service. Some days may include mentoring junior service technicians and contributing to their development as future experts. With your company-provided vehicle, you'll have all the tools you need to perform at your best!
