We are a nationwide facility maintenance company and are currently expanding our HVAC division within the State of Florida. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and thrives in a family friendly work environment. Your ability to connect, build trust, and communicate with our customers is every bit as important as your technical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and/or system tune-ups including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC equipment, components, and units
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide excellent services
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company procedures
- Maintain service vehicles and document all repairs, maintenance, and service activities in an organized and timely manner
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is an experienced technician that brings a positive, professional attitude to every customer interaction
- 5+ years of hands on commercial HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Florida HVAC License (Class B) , but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license. Clean driving record and the ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
