We are looking for loyal, highly motivated individuals to join our team. This is a full time position. Our focus is retail residential service, so customer service skills are at the top of the list. Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems in residential settings, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration and air conditioning units using mechanical knowledge and schematics.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs and service options.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address complex technical challenges.
