Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)About the Role:
We are seeking reliable, hands-on HVAC Support Technicians to assist at multiple locations in the Henderson and Las Vegas areas. This position is part-time and on an as-needed basis, depending on project demand. Work assignments are typically scheduled one to two weeks in advance.Responsibilities:

• Provide mobile support to HVAC projects across various sites
• Assist HVAC technicians with setup, installation, maintenance, and cleanup tasks
• Safely use and maintain tools and equipment
• Load, unload, and move heavy materials or equipment as needed
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain a professional attitude at all times
• Ensure punctuality and consistent communication regarding availability and assignments

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Entry-level HVAC experience or exposure to HVAC/construction environments
• Ability to lift heavy equipment
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Dependable, punctual, and able to take direction
• Must adhere to all site safety and company compliance policies

Compensation:

• $18/hour for entry-level candidates
• Up to $20/hour for candidates with 1–2 years of related HVAC or construction experience

Schedule:

• Part-time, as needed
• Assignments vary weekly depending on project needs
