We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician with proven experience in both commercial and residential systems, including refrigeration equipment. This position involves installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration systems in diverse environments. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, a proactive work ethic, and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems, including furnaces, AC units, walk-in coolers, freezers, and ventilation equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration-related issues

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and tune-ups

Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Ensure compliance with HVAC/refrigeration codes and safety standards

Document service work, materials used, and job status in service reports

Communicate system issues and solutions clearly to customers

Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment

Respond to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotation as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (technical school or HVAC certification )

EPA Section 608 Certification required

Refrigeration experience (residential and/or commercial) is a must
-
Minimum of 3 years of HVAC/refrigeration service and installation experience

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Excellent diagnostic and customer service skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
-
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (rooftops, tight spaces, etc.)
