Paramount Assets is based in New Jersey with a real estate portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties located mainly in urban areas of NJ, NY and PA. Due to our recent expansion we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified HVAC Technician. We are looking for an Experienced Service technician, not an installer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform standard Maintenance and testing
· Troubleshoot and repair all types of HVAC systems
· Perform Preventative Maintenance
· Familiar with Residential and Commercial Systems
· Boiler experience
· Valid Driver’s License
· Ability to work overtime if needed
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
